My Kielbasa Sausaage has just got to perform...
Let's get it on.

As Oscar Wilde once said, "I have nothing to declare, except my genius."

I'm feeling like a genius right now.

Here's why:

I was eating vegetable lasagna yesterday. This is a not-entirely-terrible-for-my-health cross I must bear, since my dear, darling bride is a vegetarian.

Now, don't get me wrong, this was some damn good lasagna.

As I was eating it, I was contemplating the layers of goodness contained therein- pasta, cheese, pasta, sauce, spinach- and I was thinking, "For vegetable lasagna, this is pretty good."

But it could have been better.

And I thought of something to add.

Now, I know what you're thinking... sausage... people have been putting sausage in lasagna for decades, what's so genius about that?

No, not italian sausage.

Pepperoni.

Hmmm?

Hmmm?

Hmmm?

You think about that one.

A layer or two of delicious, greasy pepperoni sandwiched inside the lasagna.

You can see it now, can't you?

In fact, you can taste it?

G'head.

You can say it.

Genius.

Yesterday, I was just an idiot at the DMV. Today, I am the genius of me. (Don't question that last sentence, just roll with it.)

I am the genius of me.

A pepperoni lasagna genius.

Somebody call the Nobel people.

Pepperoni is the other meat. Image this if you will....Take your normal fixings for a taco, hard shell is preferred. Then line the shell with Pepperoni slices, then add your chicken, then your lettuce, tomato, and cheese.

My wife thinks I am crazy, but the pepperoni chicken taco ROCKS!!!

Almost every time I've snowboarded, I've felt like hell the next couple days. Mostly from the jarring crashes. Do you ever feel like that Dude? I have gone when I didn't push myself and crash and then no problem. But usually you want to get your money's worth and try some things you probably can't pull off. I'm 52 so maybe that's part of the problem. I never felt crappy like that after skiing, but crashing skiing seems to be not as violent as crashing snowboarding. As least for me. Real good powder days no problem, but I have had few of those. What's the solution Dude? Quit??

Now I'm in the mood for my favorite health conscious omelette they make for me at my local Coney Island: Egg White Omelette with spinach, tomato and swiss cheese. This usually comes with onions but I hold 'em cuz I care about those around me.
