Please allow me to introduce myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste

Man oh man, did we have fun last night.

The Mitten really took things to the next level.

Mike whipped up an absolute feast, on the level of Whoville's Roast Beast celebration. He barbecued chicken, made a sweet potato curry and had all kinds of goodies.

Alicia, bless her little cottonsocks, brought cheesy green chili grits. Uh Mah Gah. (That's "Oh My God," spoken in the voice of a 16 year old girl. If you add an eye roll, it really works.)

Mike's daughter, Annie, was there.

Bells and Aden, too, of course.

Stanette brought her friend, Page.

This is Palako, the Mitten's new bass player.

He slid right in without a hitch.

He's pretty damn good, actually.

(Basically, the way I see this working out, We're going to keep importing actual musicians and singers until Bells and I are out of the band.)

Palako brought his two daughters, Sara and Ella.

While the Mitten was gettin' it on the good foot, Sara, Ella and Annie were sequestered upstairs, working out a routine.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present The Mittenettes!

Later on they sang "Woo-hoo!" while we played Sympathy for the Devil.

Good times....

Have a nice Sunday.

I should be terribly annoyed by that. Suprisingly I'm not. Good thing none of that nonsense is happening in my house. :)

Oh, give me the beat, boys, and free my soul
I want to get lost in your rock and roll
And drift away
