We think the same things at the same time
We just can't do anything about it

Well, well, well.

We went to see the new James Bond movie. It was pretty cool. There were some stunning action scenes. Daniel Craig is legit. He is the best of the James Bonds, including Connery.

The plot was fairly chaotic, and they expect you to remember a little of what happened in the last one... but it's an entertaining movie. The opening song is done by Jack White and Alicia Keys, and they had a pretty trippy, sand-themed montage.

From then, immediately, the action came fast and furious.

Other than that, I am recovering from yet another surgical procedure. It happened Wednesday.

Yesterday, we ran some errands in town, and Bells came over in the afternoon. We rocked out for four or five hours. He is the reason I even picked up a guitar, and he and I have been playing music together on and off since 1991. 1991!!

It was good, as it usually is. He helped me work on some Christmas songs. We have a gig coming up again, for the Bozeman Christmas Stroll. It is in early December. It's really a showcase for Stanette, who, as most of you readers know, has a pretty impressive voise. We'll do My Favorite Things, a real jazzy Silent Night, a kind of rocking Holly Jolly Christmas, and a slow I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, and then the second set will all be rock and roll songs (of my choosing)... Can't Buy Me Love, Wishlist, I Will Survive, It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock and Roll), and some others.

Stanette made us some food, Bells left

Friday, we hung out. Actually, our local music store was hosting a demo by a bass player named Billy Sheehan. We rolled down there. It's my favorite store. ( www.musicvilla.com ) Except, Billy Sheehan liked to talk even more than I do. He literally would not shut up and just play bass.

We left.

That's a pretty scrambled, edited version of my weekend. I would love to write about my experience in medicine this week, but, alas, I cannot.

I hope you have a wonderful work week, dear reader.

See you around.

Yikes, another surgery? Hope all's well. I had a minor surgery a few weeks ago & got sick from the anesthetic. It was a horror show.
