Riding down the highway
Going to a show

The latest police report from the Bozeman Daily Chronicle:

* A person was given a warning for writing profane language on a check to the City of Bozeman.

* A fight between 30 to 40 kids was reported behind a business on West Main Street around 12:30 p.m. The children had scattered when police arrived.

* Contrary to a report that children were left alone in a car parked at a dental clinic on North 19th Avenue, there was an adult in the car. He was just out of sight.

* Police advised owners of a reportedly vicious dog to put it inside the cab of their pick-up truck when coming to town. Left in the truck bed, the dog scared two older women so badly that one started to cry, according to the caller making the report.

* Several boys who were reportedly throwing snowballs behind the Dollar Store around 4 p.m. were just playing and snowboarding off the back deck. Police told them to ask the store for permission.

* A man called asking police to escort him back to Darlington Manor because he had a suspended license and Wal-Mart would not let him leave his car there any longer. Police told him it was illegal to drive with a suspended license and that they “would not participate in him breaking the law.”

* Two or three kids were throwing things at a man’s house on New Ventures Drive including ice, rocks and snowballs. The caller said they have done this before and will not leave him alone.

* Toilet seats and a photograph were taken from a sorority house on South Fifth Avenue. Condoms were also hung on door knobs and messages were written in mustard on the floor and mirrors. The caller did not want to press charges believing it was a fraternity prank.

Those are great! Check out this one from the BDPD beat the week of 1/14:

"Harassment - A 46-year-old woman reported that her neighbor, a 55-year-old man, threw a ham bone in her backyard in the 400 block of Grove Street on Monday at midnight. The ham bone was meant for the woman's dog but was part of an ongoing problem between the neighbors. There were tracks in the snow leading between the two houses."

Holy Crap! Is that what has become of Todd Hamilton: getting thrown around by old men and satisfying neighborhood K9s? Oh what sad times are upon us in the Dam!

Lots of kids involved in the crazy crime of the area. Sounds like what you people need is a good sweat shop. Give them little fuckers something to do, and they won't be throwing stuff and starting fights.
