That's probably my favorite Pearl Jam song.
Did you by any chance see the Saturday Night Live right after Kurdt Cobain died? Pearl Jam played and they were all shook up and messing up and they played an amazing "Not For You" that turned into the end of "Hey Hey My My".
At the end of the show when the camera panned across the cast and band Eddie had a K written across his shirt over his heart and he was holding his hand near it to make sure that the camera caught it.
