The shit has hit the fan
I just watched Gonzo, the Hunter S. Thompson documentary. It was outstanding.
Today was a good day. I swung for the fences.
It feels pretty good when you connect.
In the afternoon, I went to the gym and climbed steps for an hour. I watched the Sopranos for the whole hour. It was the final season. Vito got whacked and Carmela went to Paris.
Then it was back to work for a while. After that, I went to Ashtanga yoga, which absolutely kicked my ass sideways.
I also ate strawberries and blueberries.
