Gimme a piece of that custard pie

I am jacked like a Cadillac. I have been up since 5:20 a.m.

I know.

I rubbed two whole racks of ribs with cayenne, paprika, cracked pepper, garlic, onion, dry kmustard and coffee. Yes, coffee.

I cut the racks in half and put them in the crock pot with a can of coke and some merlot.

Yes, coke and merlot.

They will slow cook for 8 hours, then I will brush sauce on them and fire them under the broiler at 450 for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Oh, yeah.

Handling raw pork really gets me excited.

You left out the part about text messaging me from 5:30 until 10:00 a.m. all about pork/pork byproducts.
