Rape, murder
It's just a kiss away

Holy macaroni.

I just saw The Departed.

Wow.

That was one Heavy Duty movie.

Star-studded cast- Jack Nicholson, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Alec Baldwin, Mark Wahlberg, Martin Sheen...

And I have to honestly say, they were all terrific. Beyond terrific. And I don't even really like Leonardo DiCaprio, but props, because he hit the ball out of the freakin' park.

It was brutal, and shocking... but it was also hilarious. Seriously, the dialogue in parts is so damn funny. Alec Baldwin is hysterical, and so were Matt Damon and Marky Mark.

Jack, of course, rocked.

But it is really Leonardo DiCaprio & Matt Damon's movie.

I don't really want to give too much away, but here is the premise: Jack is the kingpin of the Irish mob in Boston. DiCaprio is an undercover cop who infiltrates the mob. Matt Damon works for Jack and infiltrates the cops.

It was more intense than Ted Nugent's live album, Intensity in Ten Cities, which, as the title will tell you, is pretty intense. In ten cities, no less.

Go see it.

I am gonna see it again & I am buying the DVD. It is a masterpiece.

If Scorcese doesn't get his Oscar for this one, I am going to buy 300 copies of Dances With Wolves and burn them in my front yard to protest the injustice. (He lost best director to Kevin freakin Costner that year. Director. Kevin Costner. Because I guess the direction in Goodfellas wasn't quite up to snuff. Friggin travesty.)

You have no idea how hard it was to write the last paragraph without swearing.
